Refund Policy
Seedance 2 Mini sells credits and subscriptions for AI video generation. This policy explains how refunds and credit restoration work.
Used Credits
Credits consumed for successful generation requests are generally non-refundable. AI-generated output can vary, and dissatisfaction with creative results does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Failed Generations
If credits are deducted and a generation fails because of our system or provider processing failure, credits should be restored automatically. If restoration does not happen, contact support@seedance2mini.im with your account email and generation ID.
Duplicate Charges
If Stripe charges you more than once for the same purchase, contact us within 7 days. We will review the payment records and refund confirmed duplicate charges.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled before the next renewal period. Canceling stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved by support.
Credit Packs
Unused credits from one-time credit packs may be reviewed for refund eligibility if requested shortly after purchase and before meaningful usage. Approved refunds may remove the corresponding credits from your account.
